2011 reunion

On July 15-16, 2011, the Braithwaite Family Organization (BFO) held a large family reunion in Manti, Utah.  Over 500 descendants of Rowland and Hannah Askew Braithwaite attended this two-day reunion, during which a new Braithwaite book was made available to family members.

BFO officers stated that the purpose of the 2011 Braithwaite Reunion was to "honor the Braithwaite family of nine generations from Rowland and Hannah Askew Braithwaite of Kendal, Westmoreland, England, United Kingdom. This family came to Manti, Utah to make it their new home from 1854-1882. Our goal is to gather this Braithwaite Family in tribute to our heritage."
